Foundation of TOZ (Technologický Odborový Zväz)

In Slovakia, the main forum for the Shared Services Centers (SSC) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers sector is the Business Service Center Forum (BSCF), operating under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia (AmCham Slovakia). The BSCF brings together SSC and BPO centers active in the country, representing an industry that employs approximately 40,000 people across Slovakia.

In response to the growing influence of this organization and the need to balance employee interests, TOZ is being formed. This is the result of a joint effort by UNITY and TOS, and it represents a crucial counterbalance aimed at protecting the rights of employees in this dynamically developing sector.
